Support: Fossweb
Introduction
Running FOSSWEB from the CD assumes that you have a working browser, either Internet Explorer, version 3.0 or higher, or Netscape Communicator/Navigator, version 3.0 or higher.
To start FOSSWEB from the CD, click on the page that corresponds to the browser you want to use. From the intro page, you can choose either the Student or the Teacher side.
Special notes:
If you click on a "Web Link," the browser will attempt to look up the page through the Internet. This will work fine if you're connected; if you're offline, you'll get an alert box, telling you that it cannot find the page.
There are static installation pages on the Sales version of the CD-ROM FOSSWEB. You cannot do anything on these pages but look.
Can't see some things on the CD-ROM version of FOSSWEB?
